Summary


Requiring the Secretary of Budget and Management to designate specified positions in State government as special appointment positions; requiring the Secretary to provide information on special appointments; providing that personnel actions regarding special appointments in State government be made under specified circumstances; extending current provisions to require specified appointees to be given a specified written job description and an annual performance evaluation; etc.
