Summary
Establishing the Voter's Bill of Rights; requiring specified voting systems to produce a paper audit trail; requiring the posting of the Voter's Bill of Rights, including specified documents, at each polling place on election day, and requiring that the Voter's Bill of Rights document be made available in a language other than English in specified precincts; prohibiting a person from willfully or knowingly influencing or attempting through specified means to influence an individual to refrain from registering to vote; etc.
